Yuki Yanagida joined UNU-IAS as a programme assistant in November 2016. Prior to joining UNU, she served as a research associate at Columbia University in the City of New York and conducted research about juvenile justice and HIV interventions as well as provided social services at non-profit organizations in New York City. She holds a BA from Tsuda College and an MS from Columbia University School of Social Work.
